How it works

5. Video and photographs are delivered after the experience

The practical details

Location: Anywhere in Norway. The routing is designed around the site or venue you choose.

Price: On request, since each experience is put together individually. Terms come with your personal proposal.

Weather: Flights require suitable conditions and operational approval. If conditions aren't suitable, they offer alternative arrangements, a reschedule or a refund according to their terms. This is worth planning around — always have a plan B for the day's programme.

Guest numbers: Every experience is fully private; group size caps are shown on the booking form.

How I help

A helicopter is one element in a day with many moving parts. My job is to make it fit with everything else: the timeline, the photographer, the ceremony, the dinner and the running order of speeches.

In practice that means I hold the contact with Activity Norway and your other suppliers, build realistic margins around the flight, make sure your guests know where to be and when — and have an alternative plan ready if the weather turns.

So you don't have to think about logistics on your own wedding day.
